In a dawn operation, the Lagos State Police Command apprehended a 25-year-old man named Toibu Hassan beneath the Agege Pen-Cinema bridge.
As per a statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the suspect was discovered with a homemade pistol and a spent cartridge.
The statement mentioned, "At 6 am today, Toibu Hassan, aged 25, was apprehended by Elere Division officers under the Agege Pen-Cinema bridge with a locally made pistol and an expended cartridge. Investigations are currently underway."
