Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tolanibaj, revealed that she faced death threats from Wizkid's fans for defending Don Jazzy.
This occurred after Wizkid made a comment referring to Don Jazzy as an influencer following a tweet from Ladipoe about the 'rap is dead' statement, sparking a social media debate and causing tension among fans and celebrities like Tolanibaj.
Speaking on the reaction to her stance on the matter during recent episode of the Bahd And Boujee podcast, the reality TV star expressed confusion as to why people were sending her death threats over a harmless statement.
Tolanibaj said; “I received a death threat from Wizkid’s fans after we hosted Nasboi on this podcast. He also received death threats as well.
“It’s just a podcast. What’s the death threat for? People have been doing podcasts in America and elsewhere but they don’t get death threats.”
