Nollywood actor, Charles Okocha alias Igwe 2pac caused a stir online with a video he recently posted online.
In the clip, the script interpreter is seen in a white feminine skimpy outfit; a short skirt, crop top, singlet, and a wig on his head.
Upon alighting from his car, he speedily dashed into the road running aimlessly from one end to another as he laughed and chanted his signature 'Phenomenal rant'.
Attempts to hold Charles Okocha were futile as he made sure he created a scene on the busy road; widely spreading his legs widely while lying on the ground.
Sharing the video, the actor wrote:
