Burna Boy says that he is not ready to tie the knot in the same way as Davido.

Nigerian artist Burna Boy suggested that the issues surrounding Davido's personal life are dissuading him from considering marriage.

He mentioned that Davido's recent marriage does not serve as a positive role model, especially after fans recommended he follow Davido's lead.

Davido is currently in a custody battle with his baby mama Sophia Momodu over their daughter, Imade.

Recently, he expressed frustration online after Sophia filed a counter suit against him. In a post on Friday night, Davido criticized Sophia for referencing the tragic death of his son, Ifeanyi, who drowned in a swimming pool accident at his Lagos home in 2022.

In response to Davido's comments, Dammy Krane made a mocking statement, suggesting that Davido now understands the pain Tagbo's mother experienced when her son passed away, an incident Davido was previously accused of being involved in.

Burna Boy joined the host of people who commented on the matter and proceeded to ask Dammy Krane to take down his posts on Davido as it may lead to someone ending up in jail.

He dropped a cryptic post: “‘Odogwu too wise’ who no hear go feel” to which a user @BadLieutenant reacted, urging the self-acclaimed African Giant to also settle down because he is above 33 years.

The tweep wrote; “Burna Boy, you should start planning for your future by getting married and starting a family. OBO has already set an example. You’re over 33 now, and you need to understand that you’re not getting any younger.”

In response, Burna Boy said he prefers to take his time as he is not ready to face the same issues that the Omo Baba Olowo is contending with after tying the knot.

The ‘City Boys’ hit maker said; “Baba make I just dey as I dey abeg, u nor see wetin him dey face like dis?”
