Awards Winning Nigerian Afrobeats star, Temilade Openiyi also known by her stage name Tems has showered encomiums on her colleague, Sarah “Ayra Starr” Aderibigbe.
The ‘Free Mind’ crooner lauded Ayra Starr for being hardworking and noted that the Mavin Princess reminds her of herself.
Tems made the statement during a recent interview with NPR, where she recalled meeting the ‘Sabi’ hit-maker some years ago.
She said; “I would like to give flowers to this young girl called Ayra Starr. We met years ago. She reminds me so much of myself, she’s such a hardworking girl and she deserves some flowers”.
